Zeus is delighted to have acted as Nominated Adviser and Sole Bookrunner to LifeSafe Holdings Plc, to raise c.£1.7 million by way of an equity placing and subscription together with a retail offer utilising the BookBuild platform to raise up to a further £0.3 million.
LifeSafe Holdings Plc are a fire safety technology business, manufacturing a range of fire safety protection products. The Company has made considerable operational and strategic progress in the last 12 months, developing a strong pipeline of innovative new products and fluid derivatives in response to industry demand.
Proceeds will be used for working capital purposes to strengthen the current balance sheet and support the Company’s continued growth, as well as developing new products.
