Zeus is pleased to confirm that it has executed a conditional agreement with the Board of WH Ireland plc to acquire the Equity Capital Markets business of WH Ireland.
The proposed deal reinforces Zeus’s position as one of the UK’s leading independent firms serving clients across both public and private markets.
Zeus believe that the increased scale will be beneficial to clients allowing for broader research coverage, wider access to the UK and international investor universe, a larger market making presence and a wider geographic footprint.
