Why Zeus is different
We are a highly energetic, hands-on firm with a strong track record and passion for working with ambitious founders, entrepreneurs and management teams to realise the potential of their businesses.
Our success is built on our extensive networks in the UK’s early stage and mid-market business community; our experience of operating seamlessly across public and private markets; and our ability to access capital from a deep and broad pool of high-quality investors.
We set ourselves apart from other public market institutional stockbrokers and private market capital focused advisers. We take pride in developing long-term relationships with our clients by learning about their companies, working with their people and delivering results.
- Be passionate about our clients and loyal to them
- Act as a team protect the Zeus family spirit
- Work hard get it done, no faff, no fuss
- Be ourselves proud of our difference
- Think creatively don't be afraid to express an alternative view
We are proud of the way that Zeus has evolved across our multiple sites; and how this has always enabled a more flexible working environment, whilst retaining a family-feel.
We facilitate a flexible working environment by providing all of our staff with laptop, mobile phone and home set-up to allow them to work seamlessly whether they are in our London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh offices, or in their own homes.
We have best-in-class policies for maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave, and support our team with flexible working arrangements for all.
We are considerate to the changing needs of each individual and offer support, access to a mental health first-aider and a variety of health and wellbeing initiatives, including a menopause policy.
We want our employees both to thrive professionally and achieve a healthy work/life balance.
