Zeus acted as Broker in relation to the CA$11.5m Offering to Tag Oil Ltd

Zeus is pleased to announce that it has acted as Broker in relation to the CA$11.5m Offering to Tag Oil Ltd (TSXV: TAO).

TAG Oil is a Canadian-based and listed oil and gas exploration company pursuing acquisitions, exploration, and production in the Middle East and North African (MENA) region.

The proceeds of the Offering will be used to advance appraisal and development activities at both the Badr Oil Field and the Southeast Ras Qattara concessions, in the Western Desert, Egypt and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
