Overview
Zeus acted as joint broker and bookrunner on the oversubscribed £15 million placing and subscription, alongside a £1.5 million retail offer for Revolution Beauty Group plc. Zeus also played a pivotal role in securing a revised £28 million debt facility from the company’s existing lenders.
Revolution Beauty is a UK-based cosmetics company founded in 2014, known for its affordable, cruelty-free makeup, skincare, and haircare products, sold globally through major retailers and its own digital platforms. The gross proceeds will support a broader strategic reset which includes the return of the company’s founders, Tom Allsworth and Adam Minto, to work alongside the existing leadership team as the business focuses on a return to long-term profitability.
