Overview
Zeus acted as financial adviser to NRG Gyms on the acquisition of Pump Gyms. The purchase of Pump Gyms, along with the opening of NRG’s latest site in Glasgow, expands the group from 7 to 13 sites and almost doubles the total member base.
The terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.

The existing portfolio includes gyms in Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, Walsall, Watford, Lewisham, Gravesend and Glasgow, with several further sites opening shortly. The acquisition adds sites in Northampton, Bedford, Norwich, Colchester and Hatfield.
