Zeus is pleased to announce that it has acted as Nominated Adviser and Joint Bookrunner on the oversubscribed £28.5m placing and subscription, alongside a £2m retail offer for Likewise Group Plc (LIKE).
The net proceeds of the fundraise will support the 60,000 sq. ft. Corby high-bay distribution centre acquisition, strengthen the balance sheet, fund transaction costs and provide flexibility to execute the Group’s growth strategy, including additional strategic acquisitions.

Likewise is a fast-growing and progressive flooring distributor supplying customers throughout the United Kingdom. Since its formation in 2018, the Group has invested significantly in developing a comprehensive national distribution network, combining strategic acquisitions with the establishment of new distribution centres and logistics hubs.
