Helium One, the primary helium explorer in Tanzania, holds prospecting licences across three distinct project areas, with the potential to become a strategic player in resolving a supply-constrained helium market.

The net proceeds of the fundraise will be utilised to complete and Extended Well Test and additional drilling at the Itumbula West-1 prospect, as well as providing additional funds for operational contingency.
