Zeus Capital swept its competition aside at North West Business Insider’s Dealmakers Awards, claiming a trio of awards.
Having raised over £1.2bn in 2014, Zeus was, in the judges words, ‘the unanimous choice’ for the Corporate Finance Team of the Year. The company also claimed AIM Deal of the Year for the £300m Boohoo IPO in February 2014, while Zeus co-founder Richard Hughes took the headline Dealmaker award.
Zeus has been at the heart of 2014’s most high profile flotations acting as Nominated Adviser and Broker on IPOs such as DX Group’s £200m listing, the £94m Epwin IPO and the £115m float of MySale.
Richard Hughes, consultant at Zeus Capital, said:
“These awards are a result of an outstanding team effort, and everyone at the business can be proud of their achievements over the last 12 months.
“On a personal level, it is an enormous honour to be named Dealmaker of the Year, particularly in the current active environment. Zeus has been at the heart of the year’s largest and most high profile deals, and with an excellent pipeline, we are confident of further success in 2015.”
