Zeus Capital, acting as joint global co-ordinator on behalf of Mahmud Kamani and Carol Kane, has sold 50,000,000 shares at a price of 285 pence each. Mahmud Kamani is the Group Co-Founder and Group Executive Chairman of boohoo, and Carol Kane is the Group Co-Founder and Executive Director of boohoo.

For 13 years, boohoo has been pushing boundaries to bring its customers up-to-date and inspirational fashion, 24/7. boohoo has grown rapidly in the UK and internationally, expanding its offering with range extensions into menswear, through boohooMAN.
In 2014, Zeus Capital advised boohoo on its IPO and boohoo has subsequently grown to become the largest company on AIM by market capitalisation (£3.471bn correct at December 2019). Zeus Capital has supported boohoo as NOMAD and joint broker throughout its life to date as a listed company, providing ongoing NOMAD, broking and M&A specific support including, most recently, its acquisitions of Karen Millen and Coast in August 2019.
