Zeus have acted as Nominated Adviser and Joint Bookrunner to Surface Transforms plc, to raise c.£6.5 million by way of an equity placing and subscription together with an open offer to raise up to a further £2 million.
Surface Transforms are manufacturers of carbon fibre reinforced ceramic automotive brake discs. The Company has made continual progress in the past 24 months, building a contracted order book of c.£390 million and a prospective revenue pipeline of a further c.£300 million.
The net proceeds of the fundraising will be used for working capital purposes to support the Company’s programme of revenue ramp up alongside the Company’s UK site development increasing its revenue capacity to £75 million p.a., and then to £150 million p.a..
