£1.335million Fundraising for Pan Pacific Aggregates plc

Zeus Capital has acted as Nominated Adviser to Pan Pacific Aggregates plc (“PPA”), the British Columbia based aggregates company on its £1.335 million fundraising.
PPA’s objective is to develop, manage, mine and market a potential resource of industrial minerals, performance minerals and construction aggregates on the Sechelt Peninsula in British Columbia, Canada.
Reasons for the Placing
PPA believes that the net placing proceeds clarifies the Company’s financial position and provides sufficient working capital to grow its existing business. It may be necessary to raise additional debt or equity finance in the medium term to further strengthen the financial position of the Company and to pursue acquisition opportunities.
Ross Andrews and Aaron Smyth advised on the transaction, working closely with Alexander David Securities.
