Zeus Capital has announced the promotion of Dominic King to Co-head of Corporate Broking.
Dominic has been at Zeus since June 2013, and in the last two years has proven himself to be a key member of the corporate broking team, as well as heading up the firm’s Birmingham office. He has been at the heart of a number of Zeus Capital’s most high profile deals, including the IPOs of DX Group, Epwin, Entu and Quantum Pharma.
Most recently, Dominic advised on the £1.2bn listing of BCA Marketplace, which included a £1.03bn institutional fundraise.
In his new role, Dominic will work alongside fellow Co-head of Corporate Broking Adam Pollock to take advantage of the opportunities in the marketplace. He will also continue to manage, support and add value to Zeus’s extensive client base.
John Goold, Chief Executive at Zeus Capital, said: “I am delighted to announce this well-deserved promotion. Dominic has been an integral part of our team over the last two years, and has constantly looked to add value to clients.
“I don’t believe there is a better corporate broking team in the market at the minute, and with Dominic and Adam working closely together in the coming months, I am confident we can maintain this momentum.”
Dominic King, Co-Head of Corporate Broking at Zeus Capital, said: “Over the last two years, Zeus has proven itself as a market leader when it comes to IPOs, and I am pleased to have been a part of its success, working on some of the UK’s most high profile listings.
“With the public markets still extremely receptive to exciting and innovative businesses, I am looking forward to building upon our existing relationships and forging new ones.”
