Zeus Capital has continued to expand with the opening of a London office and further appointments.
The new office is located in Berkeley Street, London, where Zeus Capital already has an existing client and contact base. Since January Zeus has made 4 new appointments for its London office. The most recent being John Goold as Head of Equities. John joins Zeus from Arden Partners, where he was one of the founders and was most recently Head of Equities.
Zeus Capital has also appointed Richard Darlington as an Executive in its private company and private equity team based in Manchester. Richard has joined from Barclays Capital.
In addition to these exciting new developments, Zeus Capital has joined Global M&A, a cross border corporate finance advisory network which will enhance our expertise in overseas transactions and bring overseas purchasers to our deals.
In the past 6 months Zeus Capital has advised on a range of transactions in the public and private arenas including; the £41.2 million Public to Private of Jacques Vert plc by Sun Capital; the £24 million hostile takeover of Synchronica plc by Myriad Group AG; the MBO of Airline Services by Lloyds Development Capital; £21 million Admission to AIM of Eden Research Plc; £8 million Admission to AIM of New Trend Lifestyle Group Plc and the acquisition of Rangers Football Club.
