CentralNic Group has completed the acquisition of domain name services provider KeyDrive to build on its position in the domain reseller and corporate services market.
The deal has been completed for an initial consideration of $35.8m, representing an enterprise value of $44.5m, plus performance-based add-ons of up to $10.5m. The enlarged Group will rank as the 11th largest domain name registrar globally, and be among the top five registry service providers by volume.
Independent investment bank Zeus Capital acted as nominated adviser (NOMAD) and joint broker to CentralNic on the transaction.
