Zeus Capital Advises on £10m Oxygen Freejumping (debt & equity) raise

22nd February 2016

Following an initial round led by Zeus Capital, we have now been successful in raising a further £8.23m of debt finance for Oxygen Freejumping, in collaboration with Rise Partners. Oxygen Freejumping, the largest trampoline park operator in the UK, currently has two sites (Acton and Southampton), with a third due to open imminently. The funding enables the trampoline park business to roll out at least fifteen sites within the next two years. The parks have proven to be highly successful, popular with school children and adults alike. Oxygen Freejumping has set the bar in this new market and has established itself as the lead player with exciting plans for future growth.

“There were a number of offers on the table through our advisors Zeus Capital and we are delighted that Beechbrook is investing £8 million in this stage of our development. This is a fast paced and exciting leisure market, similar to the growth of the health and fitness sector a few years back.”

Fred Turok, Chairman Oxygen Freejumping

‘I am delighted that our family office team at Zeus Capital led by Hugo Chance have been able to help Oxygen raise its next round of financing. Oxygen is a very exciting business in a fast expanding market and we look forward to helping them with their further growth’

John Goold, CEO Zeus Capital
