Zeus Capital has acted as Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker to Sumo Group Plc (“Sumo” or the “Company”,) in connection with its Admission to trading on AIM and associated £78.1 million institutional placing.

Sumo Group plc was admitted to trading on 21st December 2017 with a market capitalisation (based on the placing price of 100 pence) of £145 million.
Sumo is one of the UK’s largest providers of creative and development services to the video games and entertainment industries. The operating businesses of the Company’s group of companies (the “Group”) include Sumo Digital Ltd. (“Sumo Digital”) and Atomhawk Design Ltd (“Atomhawk”). Sumo Digital, the Group’s primary business, is one of the UK’s largest independent developers of AAA-rated video games, providing both turnkey and co-development solutions to an international blue-chip client base.
Together, the Group delivers full-service visual and development solutions, which include initial concepts and pre-production, production and development, and post-release support.
