Zeus Capital Advises on 3 Deals in 3 days

Zeus Capital, the Manchester based corporate finance advisory firm, has completed the following 3 deals in 3 days:
  • the disposal of TSE Consulting SA (TSE)
  • dotDigital Group plc (dotDigital) Admission to AIM from PLUS; and
  • the acquisition of Boxing Orange Limited (Boxing Orange) by Accumuli plc – its 3rd acquisition in 4 months.

On Monday 28th March, Zeus Capital advised on the disposal of TSE, a division of Porta Communications plc (Porta). The disposal has been made as Porta commences the building of an international communications and marketing business. Zeus Capital also acted as NOMAD and Broker to Porta Communications plc.

On Tuesday 29th March, Zeus Capital successfully completed the admission of dotDigital’s share capital to trading on AIM, having moved from PLUS. dotDigital has a market capitalisation of £21 million. Zeus Capital acted as Nominated Adviser and Broker to dotDigital. dotDigital has grown to become a leader in the provision of intuitive Software as a Service products for digital marketing professionals. These products include the group’s email marketing platform, dotMailer, and e-commerce offering, dotCommerce. As part of its broader offering to help clients to grow their businesses online, dotDigital also provides search marketing services, digital strategy advice and managed services.

On Wednesday 30th March, Zeus Capital announced the acquisition of Boxing Orange by Accumuli plc. Boxing Orange is a provider of specialist IT security solutions, leading security products and managed security services. It has worked with clients across a broad range of sectors including central and local government, gaming, insurance, financial services, retail, manufacturing and telecommunications. The deal is worth up to £7.58 million and is Accumuli’s 3rd acquisition in 4 months, thus demonstrating management’s ability to execute its buy and build strategy. In November 2011, Zeus Capital raised £5million through an institutional placing for Accumuli plc to help fund their buy and build strategy. Zeus Capital also acted as Nominated Adviser and Broker to Accumuli plc.
